Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the charge for the scheduled appointment.

Insurance
All major insurance is accepted and your claims will be billed for you. We recommend that you determine acupuncture coverage with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to ensure that it is a covered benefit in your plan. Please note that if we are unable to determine coverage and/or deductibles at the time of your visit, you may be asked to pay out of pocket until benefits can be verified. If coverage is approved, you will be reimbursed once benefits are assigned. 

We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
• Aetna
• Coventry Health
• First Health Network
• United Healthcare

All other insurance can be billed at out-of-network rates, depending on coverage.
